I’m MaryBeth Anthony, and my journey isn’t wrapped in perfection — it’s wrapped in truth.
From a very young age, I learned how to survive in silence. I faced abuse, neglect, and deep emotional pain that I didn’t have the words to express. For years, I struggled with undiagnosed ADHD, battled feelings of invisibility, and carried wounds I thought I had to hide. Maybe you—or someone you love—knows exactly what that feels like.
But pain isn’t the end of my story. And it doesn’t have to be the end of yours either.
Today, I use my voice to speak truth into the lives of others. I meet students, educators, and communities where they are—in the mess, in the silence, in the questioning—and offer them something real: hope, healing, and the courage to rise.
I don’t come with quick fixes. I come with lived experience, deep faith, and an unshakable belief that your story matters.

I don’t come with quick fixes. I come with lived experience, deep faith, and an unshakable belief that your story matters.
I serve those who are often unseen and unheard:
Students battling depression, suicidal thoughts, ADHD, or trauma they don’t know how to name.
Educators who want to support their students but feel overwhelmed or unequipped.
Caregivers and parents searching for language, tools, and support to help their children navigate emotional pain.
School leaders and communities ready to break the stigma and create safe, healing-centered environments.
Whether it’s a young person sitting alone with their pain or a teacher who’s carrying too much—my work is for you.
Because I lived it.
Because I remember what it was like to sit in classrooms, homes, and church pews, desperate for someone to notice I was struggling—and no one did.
Because I know what silence can do, and I know what one voice—spoken with compassion—can shift.
I do this so that no student has to feel like their pain is too much, or that their story doesn't matter.
I do this because healing is possible. And I won’t stop until more people believe that.
I’ve been there.
This isn’t theory. It’s hard-earned truth. My life is living proof that healing is real, and hope is not a cliché—it’s a choice we can make, one step at a time.
I speak with purpose.
Whether I’m standing on a stage, sharing a video, or sitting across from you in conversation, my words are meant to move hearts, shift culture, and invite transformation.
I believe in what’s possible.
No matter how broken your story feels, I believe in your strength to rise. Because I’ve seen it happen. I’ve lived it.
